, is the online course, available at  This is one of the four distance learning courses that make up the training offer of

Like all training initiatives of the plan, the course starts from a methodological premise:

accessibility not only as a goal, but as a true design method , capable of guiding strategies and solutions in the construction of the cultural experience.

Designed for the staff of the Ministry of Culture, public administrations, and all professionals active in cultural places, the course offers

principles and practices for storytelling and interpretation of cultural heritage, aiming to improve the engagement of visitors and users in museums, archives, and libraries. At the center of the relational experience between cultural heritage and audiences is the conscious use of tools and languages that make engaging and active participation possible. Through a structured path, different aspects of the relationship with the public are explored: from the role of the

body , the first instrument of interaction with the cultural space, to the importance of words in building inclusive communication, up to the practices of mediation capable of fostering encounters between people, stories, and diverse heritages. In this horizon, ample space is dedicated to the themes of decolonizing perspectives and educational and mediation practices aimed at involving people with a migratory background, and an entire video lesson is dedicated to video-ludic language as a tool for learning and participation capable of approaching new audiences and stimulating innovative ways of fruition.
